Getting Adderall prescription...

I'm not asking how to do it or anything. I think I really do have ADD, a mild case at the least.



I have a therapist. I talked with her last Tuesday, and she said we
need to try one thing, and if it doesn't work, move onto the next
thing, until we find a solution, but I need to actually try.



For this week, she wants me to try to just take notes, because it
"forces" me to pay attention. She wants me to write down what's going
on and what's being said, and then review everything later.



Obviously, there needs to be some kind of problem with this, because my
goal is Adderall. What do you think I should tell her is wrong with
this? That might be confusing... I mean... I need to make her think
that the note taking thing isn't going to work, and she probably needs
to know why it isn't working.
