WOD is a waist of

- money

- people

- civil rights

- common sense

The money had better be spend on education, information and harm reduction. Drug users in prisons are waist to soceity and the individual. More and more Civil rights are being violated because in a WAR there are other priorities. The WOD is an affront to common sense, simply beause it does not work.
