Dizzy and heavy headed

For some reason every time swim inhales nitrous he gets really dizzy and feels like everything is going dangerously slow. One time, a few weeks ago, swim was panicking and was about to seek help because he felt sure it was very bad. Swim didn't get many of the nice effects either.

Was this because swim didn't get enough oxygen? Could this just be the stage before fainting?

Anyone know why this could have happened?
