I need help using the restroom...

I would've asked this in my other topic, but sadly no one replied.
I took 60mg's of morphine lastnight and today i took 20mg's of hydrocodone.
I feel very nauseated and need to throw up or use the restroom.. Ive been taking alka seltzer to stop my upset stomach but im not sure how long that will work..

Any tips on using the restroom after being constipated ?
