Cauterizing my nose - able to snort?

SWIM does ket a few times a week tops and enjoys it. Occasionally doing coke too when it's on offer. However sometimes SWIM gets bad nosebleeds for a few days as it takes a while to heal in his nose. This was happening way before last September when SWIM started taking ket for the first time. Because of this SWIM was thinking of getting his nose cauterized but realised today that maybe it could affect how SWIM gets high while snorting things, thinking possibly that by burning (or however they do it) the part of the nose that bleeds perhaps it wouldn't absorb any of the powder. SWIM is a bit worried about this as his nosebleeds are a pain when they happen but he enjoys snorting. Does anyone have any advice?
