Once considered an opiate is now one of the sickest hallucinogens that psyduck has ever taken. It is often compared next to PCP with the same "drunken" feeling as small doses and the same dissociative feelings of being cut off from reality (called a K hole), except better for the body than PCP which is notorious. (This is where psyduck has found the best hallucinations ever produced.) In fact, ketamine was used on humans for a while in hospitals to treat stroke patients and the only reason why they stopped was because of the hallucinations it produced-patients didn't like waking up in the hospital in fear that they had a stroke AND THEN seeing/believing things that didn't exist. It is still used on humans on rare occasions, though, and mostly as an animal anesthetic.
Ketamine is not a selective drug at all-it blocks the action of the major neurotransmitter in the brain, glutamate, that excites other neurons, thus affecting many important brain functions. This, I think, is the reason why the hallucinations are so extensive and awesome.
The only part that vexes psyduck is that this drug can cause amnesia, therefore making these trips difficult to remember..but I will do my best to share psyducks last one:
Sitting on a couch watching adult swim, specifically Superjail, there was no TV, Superjail was just life in front of her. The walls shifted and moved all around and the seat she was in moved around like a jerking roller coaster. Colors were extraordinary, like they are on Superjail. The irrational thoughts that she experiences when tripping in this particular setting are always that she is in constant need of moving since the room is doing so around her. If she is not careful she will fall out of her chair into an abyss, and the only thing she could remember having to do to ensure her safety was to spit which she thinks is only because her body has already produced drool (haha).
That is the best I can do at this moment, psyduck is very forgetful
Please post anything related to the very special K that you find awesome, or feel free to tell about SWIY's trips!
Happy
