Well I got my hands on a bottle of hydrocone 5/500 ADAP and I was wondering about what dosage I should start off with. I have took a few a little bit ago and I only took one. I broke it in half and took both with a glass of water. That was 15 minutes ago and all I am feeling right now is a little clumbsyness. I weight about 150 pounds if that makes any differance.

I have looked around the forums but I was still confused on how much to take so I decided to ask.
