After bad side effects from vyvanse, SWIM is definitely gonna change meds. That shit made SWIM waay too dizzy during swim practice and when she got off of it, she had to miss a week's worth of practice because of even more horrible effects (fever, extreme fatigue, hand trembling, etc.)

. Everytime she went on the vyvanse and then went off, it would take her body a few days to get back to normal. SWIM needs some sort of meds to help concentration in school, but knows that because they are amphs, she can't do such intense cardiovascular workouts on them. Her new idea was to ask her pdoc about going on adderall IR and using them on weekends when she is not swimming and when she does the majority of her studying. SWIM has read that by using them as less as possible, it keeps the tolerance down. Her question is, does SWIY find that when he/she uses the IR, the come-downs are horrible enough to cause similar effects as the vyvanse withdrawl? How is the day after? SWIM needs to find a way to be on the meds and still be a swimmer...what does SWIY think? Any ideas

? Thanks
