Side effects - Cyclobenzaprine (flexeril) + Marijuana

SWIM had to go to the doctor due to a bad back spasm. They got prescribed flexeril, for the pain last week and has not really had an affect on them. However, SWIM took flexeril and DLPA (nutritional amino acid for pain) 2-3 days ago, and felt no relief, so swim smoked a small amount of good marijuana and 15 minutes later found themself with rapid heart beat, severe heat in the ear, mouth, nose, and anus and felt like they were about to drop dead. Later that night about 10 minutes passing, they were getting intense rapid heart beats and very strong lower body and arm tremors, and stabbing pains near the heart region. It passed 3 hours later, but now 2 days passing swim has a constant headache, with some tension in the neck and shoulders, and has had a constant heart rate of 84-90s per minute which is fast for this person.

Any similar experiences or possible opinions on this? could this have been a bad effect from the combo taken, or a very strong panic attack? swim doesnt know if its normal to have such a strong heart beat for many days after something like this has happened. Also they have lost appetite, and have diarrhea.
