Talking anti biotic reaction

sry, dont know where to really put this but i figure it is good info and could give me some awnsers:

i am on an anti biotic for a pretty bad ear infection and i think it is called Cephalexin. It is a strong antibiotic and i had some bad reactions. Kinda gross but like bloody or watery diarrhea and then some pretty ahcey sickly tired feelings.

i have stuck on it and then today, saturday, after it being perscribed monday started feeling really sleepy, not nescessarly wanting to sleep but my body was sleepy, and my ears started to get messed up again. which i shouldnt be because i slept in and i took adderall XR (it is also perscribed so dont ban me). It got so bad that i had to have a full throttle which i always love caffeine on adderall. my dad said that the antibiotic might be throwing my body out of wack along with the adderall, what do you think? any information? if not this will be a good researchable experience for the site.

a couple websites did say that if you have the watery or bloody diheriaa to talk to your doctor immeditaly and i have been trying to but havent found the time in todays crazy but enjoyable and doomed world.

thanks!
