Coming Up

Someone from swimming class keeps asking me questions!

He has taken GBL a few times, but has never got a major effect. He has done research on the forum and knows about suggested doses. He also knows that first timers may not experience the buzz until after a few goes.

HOWEVER, he wants to be able to recognise the effects because he can't. What should he be looking for and when?

(I have done a search and can't seem to find the answer for my mate)
