obtaining gbl not online in the uk

SWIM needs to strip his fence, and he hears gbl is the cheapest and best for this sort of thing.

He dosent have a credit card and dosent fancy pestering people he knows to borrow theirs and is wondering if it is sold in any shops in the uk, as he has read it used to be in the us under names such as "blue nitro" ect...

Is this the same in the uk, if so where can he get it?
