Combinations - Adderall XR then MDMA?

Well SWIM has finals next week so they've been taking Adderall everyday to study usually only 20 - 30mg XR as is everyday during the weekdays. SWIM is hopefully getting molly from a very reliable source this friday and plans to do it that day. SWIM also has an exam that friday at 8 am and plans on taking atleast 10mg XR as is as soon as he wakes up which is around 7. If he does that would it spoil or put one at anymore risk when he takes the MDMA later that night which would be like 7 or 8 a full 12 hours after the ingestion of adderall. SWIM is more concerned about the adderall taking away from the full of effects of the MDMA since this is his first time. Also one plans on preloading with 5-HTP all week as to maximize the serotonin being produced but wants to know if there is anything SWIM should do the next day to minimize the hangover such as continuing the 5-HTP or something.
