Two meth questions: Exercise and quality

One:
Is it bad to exercise on meth? I'm not talking about doing it often, however, I smoked meth probably 3 times a month and I smoked last night. I told a few buddies I would help train with their wrestling team in the morning at 10am ( I used to wrestle in high school ). However I haven't had any sleep so my only real option is to smoke some meth before I go. Would this present any real health issues? I am fit and healthy, my only concern is meth really jumps up the heart rate.

Two:
I bought a $20 sack off a guy and the stuff looked really good. Finely defined crystals and the such, however twice when I lit the cut it sizzled and tasted absolutely horrible. After the cut it burns, taste fine, and gets you speeding. However it wares off completely in about 4 hours, which is fairly quick. I'm assuming it is just cut down with something, correct? Is this bad, any thoughts? I just thought the sizzle was weird however it doesn't always do it. Only done it once on the cut, everything else is fine.
