Narcotic ingredient in cocaine?

Hey,

Here in Belgium, SWIM has cocaine that is cut with some sort of narcotic.
The narcotic makes the nose feel tinteling, and if eaten a little amount of the cocaine, the mouth also feels tinteling.

Does anyone know what is the name of this ingredient?

SWIM just wants to know the name, not how to remove it.
