Exclamation Sweet tasting Amanita tea recipe

Here is a recipe for an Amanita Muscaria tea that will taste sweet and have an interesting "saucy" consistency.

The Bird did the following:

Took a bag of 23 grams dried Amanita Muscaria, put it in the oven for around 30 minutes at lowest temperature (150C) with oven door slightly open.

After that 9 grams were measured out on a scale, and these were put in a blender.

1 and a half lemons were squeezed dry for juice, and the lemon juice added to the blender with the 9 grams of amanita mushroom in it.

Then approximately 2 big cups of boiled water was cooked along with three bags of sweet tasting tea, and then this tea added into the blender after boiling, and the machine started.

Blended for around 15 minutes before turning off, let it sit for another 15 minutes, before blending a it more.

At this stage the solution was poured over in a big jar through strainers. An interesting observation was that no mushroom matter were left in the strainers at all, it had completely powderized into a very fine substance that made it more like a somewhat thin sauce that went completely through the strainers and into the mug.

This was a positive and unexpected thing, which made the Bird happy as he then would be able to consum 100% of the mushrooms without having any gooy leftovers from the strainer to chug down in addition to the tea.

From the mug the solution was poured into a plastic bottle, with 10% sunflower oil added. This oil for the purpose of easier ingestion, quicker absorbtion, and being milder to the belly and cause less nausea. He intended to use Olive oil, but as he did not have that available he used what he had.

The bottle was capped, shaken well, and then it was ready. Tasted a sip to test as this procedure had never been tried before, and the taste was very pleasent - mild, sweet and with a hint of lemon to it, and the consistence was somewhat saucy/slimy/oily but in a nice way that was not nasty to drink at all.

Then the bottle was placed in a fridge for cooling down and sitting a while more before use. It will either be drinken cold as it is as the taste was fine, or heated up again as a tea before drinking.

So spoke the Bird.
