Dehydrated Amanita - still need to heat?

hi

SWIm got 10g of powdered and dehydrated amanita. does he still need to heat-treat it ?

he is thinking about 5gs - waiting - maybe another 5 grams dose wise..
how long does it take to get effects / how long should he wait?
