Anyone heard of a class action lawsuit against Methadone Manufacturers?

My clone heard through the grapevine that there may be some form of class action lawsuit similar to those of asbestos exposure.
The claim is that extended dosing over time actually destroys bone or something to that effect.
I have no concrete evidence of anything like this but if anyone knows any facts I would much like to hear.
