what is it?

SWIM lives in a area where he/she knows the coke is badly cut so instead of killing the nose SWIM figures if he/she could use an alternative method. When SWIM put the product in and small caps of water SWIM knows the coke will dissolve and has had pretty good results from that. The question SWIM has is, there's of course a small pile of hard undissolved crystals left over. What is that? Inositol, speed or what?
