IM or rectal use to get rid of K-pains?

swim was reading up on some threads regarding to Kpains, and found that it is mainly the result of snorting ketamine... and than snorting more ketamine during the process of having Kpains only made things worste.

However, what swim was thinking was wouldnt another form of admistrating ketamine while experiencing Kpains work as a pain killer basically without increasing the Kpains after its duration? For example while Kpains are coming on, one might IM inject or rectaly use ketamine to defiet the pain during its 48-72 hour duration?

swim is just expressing an opinion and what like to hear back what others think and suggest - swim is not sure about this method working or being better.
