Gbl dose and effects

My friend decided to try GBL after reading about it on this forum, so purchased some from UK website. When it arrived, the container was marked GBL 99.90%.

Following instructions from other forum members, he initially took 1.5ml diluted with cold water. He had eaten about an hour before. After about an hour he still had not felt anything, so took another 1ml dose with Coca Cola. Again, still no effects were felt.

My friend weighs about 15 stone & has used most recreational drugs during his life.

As a noobie, I would really appreciate any help & advice other members can offer so that I can pass on to my friend.
