Methadon Analagesia
SWIM has been seeing a pain doc for about a year now. He was started off on Perc 5's 2x a day and has sinced moved to 10's 4x a day and is now on dialudid 4mg 2x a day. His doc is considering putting him on methadone because of its long action. Does any SWIY have any experience with methadone for pain? Does it work as well as the the percs or dialudid or should he try to ask for something else?
