Is it possible to achieve an intense K-hole without the use of MDMA?

When Swim uses ketamine he always uses MDMA or pills beforehand as he finds the whole ketamine experience much more intense (in a good way) and the effects 1000x amplified.

Is it possible to achieve this kind of experience and K-hole without the use of MDMA?
