Experiences - Uses of coca flour

Aside from the obvious use of coca flour to make a simple drink and use in meals, SWIM wanted to explore various other ways to prepare and ingest coca flour. SWIM was wondering if any have experience with the following.

First question is if SWIM were to brew a drink much like coca tea, only using coca flour in a coffee machine, could SWIM add a dash of Sodium Bicarbonate to each gram of flour in the coffee filter before brewing? Ideally the goal would be to release the alkaloids into the water and through the filter. Any experience? Good idea or could this possibly make SWIM sick?

Second, seeing as how the flour is so dense, could SWIM simply pack flour in a small teabag and chew in the same fashion as a normal teabag?
