swim heard this from a few friends the other night when visitng his hometown, and is now confused.

IS it really true that ketamine cystals and cocaine HCI cooks to crack? swim thought ketamine completely dissolves in water and only comes back again if all water evaporates?

IF this is true, is the same water+Soda method used to cook it? what's the ratio?
