Night Terrors
Hey everyone, i've been reading these forums for a while now but never actually posted anything. SWIM has been using ecstasy for about 3 years now, in the first year SWIM did it about 8-10 times (usually 2-3 pills a time). In the second year SWIM did it every friday but sometimes 2-3 times a week (usually 4-5 pills a time).
The last year SWIM has cut down quite abit but the last few months to a year SWIM has been experiencing 'night terrors'. SWIM will go to bed and then about an hour later SWIM will wake up hallucinating seeing stuff that isn't there. SWIM will usually have about 5 seconds of sheer panic and then realise it's not really there, shine SWIM's mobile phone on whatever SWIM is seeing and it vanishes.
It's kind of disrupting SWIM's sleep making SWIM feel tired in the morning due to being interrupted. They have been becomming more and more frequent aswell, the first one happened about a year ago but the last month especially SWIM has been having them 4/5 times a week. Like SWIM said the last year or so SWIM has cut down on ecstasy use doing it about 9-10 times this year (usually 1-2 pills a time).
SWIM's hallucinations include seeing a ginger guy with glasses at the bedroom window, rabbits under the bed, a dog on the windowcill, three girls SWIM knows giggling in the corner of his room, SWIM's nana in between his computer and monitor with the arms of a t-rex.
As you can tell SWIM wants this to stop, so do you guys think it's down to ecstasy? SWIM did mushrooms when he went to Amsterdam in February (Hawaiian ones), doesn't do weed, does coke every so often (about 5 times a year max).
SWIM was thinking of maybe supplementing with ZMA caps as they are meant to be good for sleep. SWIM would really appreciate anyones thoughts on SWIM's night terrors and if there's anything that could stop them from occuring. SWIM is also gonna try and keep ecstasy usage down to 4 times a year (spaced out every 3 months like people on the forum recommend) until he is mature enough to stop using it all together.
