GHB and behavior differences and addiction (mental) (personal according to swim)
Swim has noticed and jotted down the behavior differences while on GHB, vs his normal personality.
First thing is boldness. Alcohol doesn't produce quite as much boldness as GHB. When swim takes ghb, he becomes aggressive. He is much more bold. Swim is a very shy person normally, not very outspoken, doesn't dance, doesn't sing in public, and has a hard time talking to girls. When swim is on GHB, he doesn't have that hard of a time talking to girls; he is almost numb and doesn't care. Swim has also gotten laid twice in the last 2 weeks, for the first time in 10 years of being too shy. He met the girl in town and fucked her the same night. Problem is swim has no inhibitions; swim met a girl he wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole sober, but when he is on G he doesn't care. She is really fat and not that great looking at all. Swim is a pretty good looking, but shy man, and always prefers the looks of really hot babes; although, lacking the ability to be rejected easily by them. But he would never go after a fat unattractive woman, unless he was on G, not even on alcohol. Swim just wants to fuck like a maniac.
Also, swim has no fear of fighting when he is on G, or staring at people, or even saying high to people that would normally look threatening to him when not high. Swim discusses things well in class (college) and is not afraid of public speaking when on G. Swim also feels like he can run a mile in 2 seconds on G (the right dose). He doesn't feel as emotional on G. He is not afraid to speak up, nor to sing loudly so that all the neighbors can hear. Also, he enjoys dancing and acting and feeling sexy on G. It sort of lifts all of his social and personal anxieties from childhood abuse and trauma. It even makes him friendly with the people he lives with, who he doesn't like very much normally. Also, he feels generous. All the years swim has taken shit from people cause of shyness and fears, he seems to be able to handle and even be aggressive in a good way, on G.
The problem is, this is exactly what makes it addicting. And swim immediately started looking into how to get prescription xyrem, instead of ordering it, so that he could be on G for life. The problem is that it is hard to obtain a prescription.
Overall though, G has helped swim to overcome things of self-consciousness and unwarranted fears, even while not on G. This is due to swim being able to see that there was nothing to be afraid of all along, but only G gave him the courage and calmness to find this out.
Physical addiction has yet to be accounted for; can say that swim does feel lethargic without G, when he has gone a while without. Plus right now, he thinks due to taking too much butanediol, he has flue symptoms at the moment and feels weak. He is trickling his usage off with potassium ghb and plenty of water and vitamins.
