in need of antipsychotic with minimal anti-cholinergic activity

Swim started on olanzapine earlier this week,

realised that some of the sensations that he once had are correlated to olanzapines anticholinergic activity...imagine the on set of salvia divinorum but spasmodically. Oddly it occurs approximately 14 hours after ingestion of olanzapine.

Swim is so sensitive to anticholinergic's that buscapan will trigger an psychoacive response even though it is not supposed to cross the colon into the blood stream in any appreciable amounts.
