Opinions - Dextroamphetamine-potentiation/quickening action?

SWIM has access to 60mgs. of Dextroamphetamine per day and never has felt the euphoria from past use. SWIM would like to make the best of what is left and needs advice on making it more potent and act quicker. Exactly what antacid helps it last longer, I believe? Would a simple Tums type work or does in need to be a certain chemical? no easy way to synthesize methamphetamine from dextro is there? SWIM read about chrushing and adding warm water, swallowing SWIM presumes, but how quicker than chewing could that be? Seconds?
Well is there a correct potentiator?
Some way to quicken the absorption/slow the absorption it, whichever is best?
