Can you come-up a second time if you take more?

Hey, my friends's question is that if you took some speed and have already comedown quite a lot, will taking more give you a second comeup? Or have any effect at all? Or would it just prolong the comedown?

Yes I know comeup/down are words more applicable to MDMA, but I'll use them since you get the idea.

Any help would be appreciated.
