The Effect of Drugs on the Non-neurotypical

The word Neurotypical was coined by autistics to describe non-autistics - a sort of satire to describe how they feel being labeled as pathological rather than just different. I'm using it in the broader sense, to describe "normal" nervous systems - those that lie within a few standard deviations from the mean.

I've been curious for some time about the effect of various drugs on non-neurotypicals, of whatever kind: autistics, aspies, ADDs, OCDs, schizophrenics, psychopaths, et cetera. I would like to know what drugs affect what types in the same way they affect neurotypicals, and what ones affect them differently.

Examples:

How do psychedelics affect schizophrenics?
What is a DXM trip like for someone with Asperger's?
Does MDMA make psychopaths feel empathy?

And so on. If anyone knows of any research or has any personal experience, please share.
