Drug info - Acetaminophen Question - SuperUltraMegaDelux Thread

ok...so technically this is not an "opiate/opioid" thread but for reasons that are probably self explanatory to almost any pill head....i'm posting it here.

i guess my question is what exactly is acetaminophen? how does it work? and why is it so toxic to the liver?

DISCLAIMER - "I" refers to not myself but some guy I met named "I"....I know...confusing.

before i entered the world of morphine and all of its wonderful derivatives occasionally i would take either aspirin, tylonal or advil for a headache. while advil and aspirin actually had mild painkilling properties tylonal is without a doubt the most useless medication ever created.

has anyone ever been in pain, taken an extra strength tylonal and felt better?

I once ate 7 5/325 oxycocets which is like a canadian version of percs....and i swear to god the tylonal content ruined the high...i got all sorts of strange side effects.

ok so this turned into a bit of a rant but what i'm really trying to say is...

can anyone lend me 5 dollars?
