Effects - swim's first time with cocaine

swim just snorted two 2" fat lines of coke, and the effects are not similar to speed (wich he's got good experience with)- he is not so hyperactive,but he still feels high.the kick is almost missing he does not feel like he's going to explode(like on speed), it is just milder.It did not burn his nostrils, but he cannot smell a thing, and his throat is a bit swolle. His question may sound silly and he apologizes... he wonders if these effects(the swollen throat etc.) are common for coke and how does he know when he is ready for another line?And also should he increase the ammount the next time he takes it, or what should it be compared to the first dose?And also is the combination with speed and/or MJ safe? thanks for the help, and i do apologize if the questions sound silly....
