Question How much is needed to develop withdrawal symtoms?

A friend recently started taking valium, xanax, and soma.

He does not take too much as of now, maybe 10mg valium, 2mg xanax, and a soma per day.

He is worried he may become dependent but I have told him with the amounts he is taking it is highly unlikely but I wanted to check here and get your opinion on how much it would take.
