Opinions - prescribed diuretic phentermine,anyone familiar with or use it?

Swim has recently been prescribed Phentermine 15mg once daily as she wanted to shed last bit of weight after miscarriage. She has searched all the forums and has yet to see any threads on stimulant diuretics. Swim's Psych. has also put her back on 60-90mg. of Adderall IR daily.
She has not taken Phentermine since her friend Addy has come back from vacation but if Swim is honest she must admit to manipulating both scripts by periodically inhaling or swallowing an extra or two. Swim has ADD but sometimes enjoys the feeling she gets from higher or snorted dose and from just rule breaking.

Swim would be grateful for anyone's opinions of or experiences with Phentermine alone,mixing both drugs or using them intermittenly.
This is her first post as well and she hopes she was not "format naughty."
