Cough and Cold medicine derived from Meth?

Swim heard that some cough and cold medicine that are at drug stores have meth in them. For example like "Coricidin" [DXM]. Swim's not so sure how true that is..
So does this mean if you get high on DXM, say about 20 or 30 pills .. that's how it feels on Meth?
Swim's honestly never done Meth but she's gotten high on DXM a lot and she was just wondering if the effects are similiar.

Any ideas?
