Recovering from a Psychedelic train wreck
Not sure if this is in the right place but i figured recovery was pretty accurate.
I searched the forum earlier trying to find some advice on how to reintegrate a very bad trip. SWIF has tripped a couple of times and various substances but on one particular occasion on a high dose of DPT he has an absolute train wreck where he was trying to help his girlfriend feel better because she just really didnt appreciate the experience. 1 Hour of her sobbing uncontrolably hating the experience and SWIF trying to redirect her trip to much futility made the whole experience quite negative. A big part of SWIF doesnt really want to trip again because much of those emotions and feelings are imprinted. SWIF is alright in day to day life but was wondering how others have overcome an experience like this so he could try and trip again without the anxieties of the previous trip. Any advice is welcome as well as experiences on how other overcame their own bad trips. |
