Need help understanding strange effects
Recently SWIM had an extreme panic attack after using around 9-10 grams of cocaine over 9 hours. SWIM experienced dizziness, left arm numbness and tingling, vertigo, tingling/pressure in the head, and an extreme sense of fear. SWIM was helped by a friend who had seen this before and was told it was not a stroke, but a cocaine induced panic attack. This was 4 days ago. Since then, SWIM has used two grams over the course of a day with no side effects. Earlier today, SWIM did a gram and began to feel pressure in the head, an odd warm tingling in left left leg, strange sensation in the teeth/mouth, and anxiety/heavy breathing, vision was never bad, but slightly blurry for a few minutes in left eye (nothing serious, this happens normally for no reason). There was no numbness in left arm (only very slight tingling), but pressure in head came in waves for about half an hour. Dizziness has remained, but SWIM was able to type, light up smokes, drive to record store and read magazines, and speak coherently. What just happened? Was it just a little to much to quickly or did SWIM have a stroke?
