75 mcg/hr fentanyl patch help!
So SWIM has this 75mcg/hr fentanyl patch that he would like to abuse. SWIM has a fairly high tolerance, it takes about 90mg of oxycodone or one 1600mcg actiq lollipop to get nodding. How should SWIM take it in order to have fun and not kill himself?
