methadone
hi
whats a good dosage for a swimmer who acquired a 40mg tab of methadone, splittable in 4 parts (with a knife more  ) ???he was thinking about starting with 5. he has a lot experience with opioids (he means.. a lot!) but never done that and is just curious but also he doesnt have any (or nearly ..) tolerance right now.
