Replacing SSRI with Amphetamines?
SWIM is currently taking Celexa, an SSRI and this has given him a noticable drop in motivation so he started back his Ritalin which he was taking about 2 years earlier for his ADD. The reason SWIM is taking SSRI's is because he has Borderline Personnality Disorder (somewhat similar to Bi-Polar) and it has helped tremendously with Anger outbursts which he had almost daily.
I started reading about amphetamines, mostly Dexedrine and Adderall, and found out some reported being less aggressinve and more patient. Do SWIYyou think this would be a better solution for SWIM?
