why swim's yield is very low???

swim used :
10g E
11g I
4g Rp
materials are chemical grade.

yield was 4g !!!

if swim use:
10g E
15g I
7g Rp
may occur bad thing?(over reaction of ephedrine???)
???
method is reflux with plastic balloon.

please answer fast swim need do it tommorow.
