Question Taking a "break" to decrease tolerance

This is all fictional and no one should ever try these amounts of opiates as they will likely die. Also sorry if this has been asked before, (swim utfse)

Swim has a nasty addiction to opiates. It takes him about 800mg of morphine insuflated or plugged to get him high.

Swim can not afford using this much every day and he was wondering if he used suboxolene at lower doses to ease the withdrawal for two weeks and then took two weeks without any opiates if it would help him to get a lot higher with a lot less product.

How much difference would two weeks make?
How long would it take of being clean for him to use half as much with the same effects?

Thanks
