Combinations - MDMA/5-HTP caps

Hey guys, I'm ramac, and I'm looking for a little help!

My cat's gone and done something stupid. In preparation for the festival season, he read about 5-HTP reducing the neurotoxicity of MDMA before reading about serotonin syndrome (and the fact that it lessens the roll), and now has caps mixed with the two. He tried to get as much 5htp out of these caps earlier today as was possible and reduced 9 caps to 5, and assumes there may be 50-100mg of MDMA in every cap to about 50mg of 5HTP.

My first question is, is there any way he could take this to absorb the mdma without the 5htp (ie, does 5-htp absorb well from the gums etc - I realise that insufflation will eventually go to the stomach anyway).
Are there any 5-htp antagonists out there?
If he took 2 pills, ie 100 mg of 5-htp with his molly, is there really any danger of serotonin syndrome?

He feels like such a tool for wasting good quality MDMA by doing this!
