Angry need help with a taper schedule PLEASE

swim is very wired . swim does around 400-700 mg of oxycontin a day. swim has exactly 18 40mg pills and swim has no choice but to kick.need help on a quick taper schedule. like maybe 2 in the morning 2 middle day 2 at night. then one less next day etc . However swim only has 18 40's so realizes some symptoms will occur but a quick withdraw is better than none. swim is neive to taper methods. very weak and usually they all get done in a day. NO WILLPOWER. any help on a 18 pill withdrawel schedule to feel as litte wd as possible is MUCH APPRECIATED. a quick reply is needed please. Thanks all!
