what could this have been?

Swim double dropped 2 pills at the last fantasylands, before it she had nothing to eat, and around half an hour of taking the pills she lost complete feeling in her foot and it 'flopped' so she couldnt stand on it at all, however couldnt actually feel it. Later after the 'floppy foot' stopped she was just raving away when suddenly fell straight forward and banged her jaw against the hard floor. She is now left with a minor bone in her jaw misplaced because of this..

I think the pills she took were love hearts, however she has never had these effects from these pills before as usually they give her a great experience.

What could these have beeen and why do you think this happened?
Has it happened to any of you before?
