intervals between taking mdma

Swim knows that mdma releases all the seratonin and that it takes time to recover, but has recently learnt that less is more.

each time swim rolls on mdma they never take more than a dab on the finger, feels no come down and a lot more enjoyable experience which leaves no strain on the body.

Swim went out in the weekend and took a dab, as usual, the only thing was they only had a 2 week break before they dabbed before. (this is not a frequent occurance, but was out on a special occasion) surely doing it at small doses means that there is less harm done?
