Health - Discolored rash-like marks legs and feet

Hi everyone, I've searched and searched the forums and found nothing that remotely resembles my question...so here goes my first thread!

About 3 years ago swim began was smoking crystal a lot-everyday all day. During that time, when swim wasn't sitting on the computer or commuting 5-6 hours a day, she was working-standing on concrete floors. Approx 4-5 months of this schedule pass when swim noticed a strange discoloration appear on her left foot. The odd rash(which didn't hurt, itch or anything) seemed to travel up her ankle and to the bottom of her leg in about a week. Swim didn't get to worried until the rash showed up on swim's right foot and ended at her ankle. The movement of the color stopped growing and several months later swim ended up breaking the left ankle leaving her in the hospital for 5 days. While in the hospital, swim asked all the nurses and doctors if they knew what was up with the color and none of them had ever seen it before. 6 months later swim was back in the hospital for a pancreas issue for 6 days and once again no one had seen it before.
Flash forward almost 4 years and swim has accepted the odd bruise like rash thing on her feet when a co worker at a new job asked if the rash appeared when swim was doing meth! Apparently the coworker had seen a similar looking rash on a friend and she had been using meth when it appeared. He said it was from bad meth
Swim was flabbergasted to realize that maybe that was the cause all along. None of the people swim was using with at the time had this happen as well so swim thought it was poor circulation or something.

The question for anyone who can help is: Have swiy ever seen or heard of this happening? And is there a way to finally get rid of it?
