Sildenafil (Viagra) can cause side effects such as headaches, stuffy node, and flushing. Maybe your roo's partner somehow mistook those symptoms for a "high"?

Yes. SWIM has experimented with topical sildenafil with female partners with mixed results. He did it the low-tech way by simply crushing sildenafil tablets with a mortar & pestle and mixing the powder with Astroglide, then spread it around the clitoris area. (BTW, note that sildenafil has a very bitter taste! )

I think I have an article somewhere about how to make a sildenafil cream. I will see if I can find it and post it in the Sex and Drugs forum.
