nausea from smoking&snorting

Anybody else get nausious and have to fight from puking a couple hours after a combination sesh of smoking(meth)then snorting or vise versa? I have been using shit for like 5 years now and this always happens to me when Iindulge after a little break. Dear God what's wrong with me?!? (besides the obvious)
